1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please ensure the product is well-packed to avoid damage in transit.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We will notify you by email once your return is complete.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order.
